Returns & Exchange
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased, you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt of items for an exchange or refund by following the steps outlined in the section below.
Items must be returned in their original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition, with all tags still intact. They must also be returned in the original packaging. You can also return for an exchange or a refund if you receive a faulty item.
No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or without tags still intact and the above criteria satisfied.
How to Return
We do not offer free returns postage so all items that are returned must be done so at the expense of the buyer.
Please email our team email@example.com if you wish to return an item stating a reason for return and we will get back to you within 48hrs with further instructions.
Delays in responding due to COVID-19
If you do not contact us and just send back your items this could cause confusion and may result in no refund or delayed refund.
How to Exchange
You can exchange an item purchased from us within 7 days of the receipt of your order item at your own expense.
We will exchange items purchased from us for different colours, sizes and styles as long as the item satisfies the criteria listed within the Returns Policy above. All exchanges are dependent on current stock.
